Easy to find. Friendly staff. Accommodating to your needs. Close to all amenities.have stayed on previous occasions. Spacious airy rooms.
Decor could be a bit more modern and updated. Beds not too comfy. Some corridors very smoky in an non smoking area.
friendly staff made us very welcome value for money
Nice comfortable hotel staff very friendly and just leave you alone to enjoy the weekend break at your own leisure
Friendly enviroment, clean and very reasonable price for half board. Will use again
Sorry but Mattress was awful, like sleeping on a water bed.
The rooms small and not very clean outdated
Hotel staff really nice and helpful. Hotel very well heated, breakfast very nice. Good value for money. Only down side rooms need tlc nes carpets, wardrobes etc
Rooms need tidying up, little old fashioned
The food was good, waiter service was very attentive
Entire hotel needs refurbishing, room was very tired with torn fabric on chairs, old and dark furniture. The bathroom was awful, broken light pull, no shower curtain, damp, dingy and needed to be redone. Window catches in bedroom were broken so couldnt shut it properly. Entertainment was dire when we had been led to believe there was always something going on. We felt like we were in a retirement home with high backed chairs surrounding the lounge and senior citizens falling asleep at all times of the day. Nothing for children apart from the pool which was very cold whilst we were there.
We were really happy with the hotel, in particular we had a view of the beech - a little noisy on saturday night - but it was worth it for the view of the sea and beach. The food was adequate, but we felt the portions were small- this said - we feel we got what we paid for. Services were generally good as was the location and the friendliness of staff at all levels; a little old fashioned perhaps - but as an older couple this was not a problem. We had a lovely stay.
Small food portions in the evening, food E.G. grapefruit and fish cocktail should have colder.
Hotel staff very friendly.
Hotel bedrooms need decorating
Very nice staff and food entertainment was good considering time of year would stay again put price rockets any time soon..
Rooms need slight update the one we had had floor tiles loose and lifting also need a hovver that gets closer to the walls..
Location. Theatre bar. Big lounge. Front conservatory nice but far too hot. Nice clean bedding
The hotel as in great need of updating. The food was very very poor, and we paid for guests to join us for the evening meals, which were seriously over priced. The leisure centre was dirty, the machines were worn out, and the pool was shameful, the tiles were grubby and must be health hazzered as grouting was missing. Yuk. Only went in once. My daughter was unable to use the pool due to mobility problems as access for disabled was none existant.
shower in room was unusable due to very low pressure.the room was very hot due to central heating pipes under the floor.choice of food for lunch was basic to say the least-sandwiches or nothing
i like how friendly the staff were and very helpful
there wasnt anything my son and myself didnt like
Although it could be doing with a face lift,it had a certain charm, and the entertainment on the saturday night was great. Breakfast
Worst bed I ever tried to sleep in,far too soft. Our bed was not made nor room cleaned on the saturday, no door cards to say your room is free.
